Welcome to AlbaSlot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and AlbaSlot ("Company", "we", "us" or "platform"). These Terms govern your use of the AlbaSlot website, mobile application and all associated services.

By registering an account on AlbaSlot, making a deposit, using any feature of the platform, or accessing our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the AlbaSlot platform.

AlbaSlot operates as a digital entertainment platform offering a wide range of games, including video slots, live casino, table games such as baccarat, blackjack and roulette, as well as sports betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton and e-sports. All services are provided solely for the entertainment of eligible members.

To register an AlbaSlot account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or a Malaysian citizen.
• Hold an active Malaysian phone number that can be verified via OTP.
• Have a valid and active email address.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the AlbaSlot platform.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. AlbaSlot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when certain transaction thresholds are reached. AlbaSlot supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for regular deposits; however, transactions exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification.
• Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. The maximum withdrawal limit is subject to the member's VIP tier and may be increased upon request with full KYC verification.

• Processing Time: AlbaSlot endeavours to process all withdrawals within the stated timeframe. Withdrawals submitted outside of office hours may take slightly longer to complete.

AlbaSlot offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to its members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the following rules:

4.1 Rollover Requirements (Wagering)

Rollover refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 30× rollover means you must place cumulative bets totalling RM 3,000 (RM 100 × 30) before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus only once once only throughout the duration of membership.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• AlbaSlot reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or fraudulent activity.
• All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus not used within its validity period will expire automatically.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
• Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific games or categories only — please review the terms of each promotion before claiming.

To ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all members, AlbaSlot has established the following code of conduct:

• All members must play fairly and must not use any automation software, bots or methods that could manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion between players to exploit or manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
• Members are not permitted to use betting methods intentionally designed to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Disruptive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at dealers or other players in live casino games is strictly prohibited.
• Using a VPN to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions is a violation of these Terms.

AlbaSlot employs advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Any account suspected of involvement in fraud or conduct that violates these terms will be temporarily suspended pending investigation and, if proven, permanently closed.

There are two types of account closure at AlbaSlot: voluntary closure by the member and mandatory closure by AlbaSlot.

6.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting AlbaSlot customer support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. A temporary self-exclusion option is also available if you need a break from gaming activity.

6.2 Closure by AlbaSlot

AlbaSlot reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Owning or using multiple accounts.
• Submitting false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion or game manipulation.
• Failed to meet the minimum age requirement following KYC verification.
• Upon request by a competent authority.

As an AlbaSlot member, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You play at your own risk and bear full responsibility for all wagering decisions you make.
• AlbaSlot does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gameplay.
• You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to gambling in your jurisdiction.
• AlbaSlot is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party system failures.

AlbaSlot's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the AlbaSlot platform — including the brand name, logo, design, text, images, graphics, software code, user interface, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of AlbaSlot or its licensed content providers.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, republish or exploit any AlbaSlot content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes may be permitted subject to certain conditions.

AlbaSlot reserves the right to modify, add to, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal requirements necessitating immediate changes.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days of the dispute arising.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitration process or alternative dispute resolution mechanism before pursuing formal legal action.
